    Dave Shellhaas

    As a high school science teacher for the first part of his career and a K-12 science curriculum specialist for the remainder of his career, Dave brings a wealth of information and experience to his audiences.

    Dave has shared his expertise in science education, formative assessment, and sound instructional strategies in numerous school districts across Ohio and has presented at many state and regional conferences. Being a past National Board Certified Teacher, Dave shares his insights and expertise about effective instruction with districts to provide teachers with practical strategies and techniques to improve instruction in their classrooms.  He also brings practical strategies for incorporating technology into effective classroom instruction.

    As a current director of curriculum and science/SS specialist for the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center, Dave has served districts of Shelby, Logan, and Hardin counties in all subjects and many topics over the past years.
